A soundbath is a meditative experience where you are 'bathed' in sounds and healing frequencies produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and more. A soundbath is designed to put you in deep relaxation and heal on a subconscious level.

There is no travel fee for bookings within Los Angeles and Orange County, CA. Please inquire if you are looking to book outside of these locations.

The benefits of sound healing
Soundbath therapy is designed to activate emotional, physical, and mental healing both naturally and long-term.
The SoundRx Method uses deconstructed music (or pure sound) via singing bowls and gongs, in combination with breathworks, to heal addictions and stabilize emotions. The sound of singing bowls is chemically metabolized in the body as the endogenous opioid, which works to reduce pain internally¹.
Different from other sound baths, the SoundRx Method intentionally utilizes slower sound waves and vibrations to heighten the transition from a normal waking state (beta) to a meditative and deep sleep state (alpha/delta).
